Welcome to SchooleesPay. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

SchooleesPay (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a digital platform enabling students, parents, and educational institutions in the Philippines to manage and process school-related payments online. These Terms govern your use of the SchooleesPay platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian to use this service. By using SchooleesPay, you affirm that you meet these requirements, in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and other applicable Philippine laws.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use SchooleesPay only for lawful and authorized purposes. Any misuse — including but not limited to fraud, unauthorized access, tampering, or disruption — may result in suspension or permanent ban of access and may be subject to legal action under Philippine law.

4. Payment Processing

Payments made via SchooleesPay are processed through third-party financial service providers (e.g., GCash, Visa/Mastercard, InstaPay, GrabPay) and are subject to their approval. We are not liable for delays, rejections, or errors attributable to these services.

5. Fees

SchooleesPay may charge a convenience or processing fee per transaction. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to finalizing your payment. Fees are inclusive of VAT as required under the National Internal Revenue Code of the Philippines.

6. Refunds

Refund policies are determined by the respective school or educational institution. SchooleesPay will only process refunds directly if the error was caused by a system malfunction on our part. Any disputes should be coordinated first with the institution concerned.

7. Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment-related information (e.g., Name, Amount, Email, Contact Number, Fee Type). We are not liable for losses or misapplied payments resulting from user-provided errors.

8. Data Privacy and Protection

Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with SchooleesPay are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written permission.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice for any breach of these Terms or for illegal activity. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations incurred prior to the termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, SchooleesPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. We will notify users via email or platform notice of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising shall be submitted to the proper courts of Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur, to the exclusion of other venues.
